The team's dynamics took another leap in 2010 when their son, Ryan, brought his fresh perspective and modern insights to the table. Linda Straight

In 2004, she embarked on a new chapter by joining Keller Williams alongside her husband, Dennis. Their combined energy and expertise quickly made waves in the Tampa Bay real estate community. Her leadership qualities didn't go unnoticed, and in 2006, she stepped into the pivotal role of office team leader.
But Linda's passion didn't stop with real estate. Recognizing a need to empower and educate other professionals, she founded "Straight 2 Success" in 2013, a business coaching platform that has since become a beacon for individuals across various industries. Today, as a certified member of the Maxwell Leadership team, Linda's influence stretches far beyond real estate, touching businesses of all kinds and guiding them towards success.

With a keen eye for opportunity and a natural knack for understanding clients' needs, Dennis Straight has been an integral part of the Tampa Bay real estate scene since 1985. His initial tenure as a floor duty agent at Century 21 gave him an invaluable perspective on the industry's dynamics.
Although he began his journey independently, the pull of partnership and collaboration led him to join forces full-time with Linda in 2002. This decision would prove to be transformative. Their combined strengths culminated in joining Keller Williams in 2004, where Dennis soon took over as the lead sales agent, managing accounts and ensuring client satisfaction at every turn.
Dennis's vast experience, combined with his deep understanding of Tampa Bay's real estate market, positions him as an unmatched asset to both clients and the team.

Growing up amidst the bustling world of real estate, it was almost inevitable that Ryan Straight would follow in his parents' footsteps. Immersed in the industry's nuances from a young age, Ryan brought a fresh perspective when he officially joined The Straight Team in 2010.
Initially focusing on buyers, Ryan quickly showcased his ability to understand clients' desires and find properties that matched their dreams. Over the past 13 years, his role has expanded. Now, as a full-time agent handling both buyers and sellers, Ryan's dedication, modern insights, and extensive knowledge of the Tampa Bay area have led him to facilitate hundreds of successful home sales.
